Nick Folk missed a 24-yard field goal attempt with 2:16 to play.

"The Cowboys' patience with Nick Folk was already running thin but it may be warn out after he missed a 24-yard field goal attempt with 2:16 to play. "I'll look at that as early as tonight and tomorrow," owner and general manager Jerry Jones said.

Folk made a 44-yarder with four seconds left in the first half to give the Cowboys a 17-3 lead, but missed his third field goal try of less than 30 yards in his career when it mattered most.

"Just hit it right off my heel," Folk said, adding that it was difficult to watch the Saints' final drive, "but we ended up getting the win and if it came down to it later in the game I would've been ready for it.""

Heisman Trophy Presentation 2009

On Monday, December 14 will be the Heisman Trophy Presentation 2009. The winner of the 75th Annual Heisman Memorial Trophy will be presented his award at this event. Three previous Heisman winners will also be recognized: Billy Cannon (LSU, 1959) on the 50th Anniversary of his award, Doug Flutie (Boston College, 1984) on the 25th Anniversary of his award and Ron Dayne (Wisconsin, 1998) on his 10th Anniversary. The 2009 Heisman Finalists are Toby Gerhart of Stanford University, Mark Ingram of University of Alabama, Colt Mccoy of University of Texas, Ndamukong Suh of University of Nebraska and Tim Tebow of University of Florida.

Robert Gibbs Disses April Ryan, Compares Her To A Child

Frustrated by April Ryan's continuous questioning concerning White House social secretary Desiree Rogers' role at the recent state dinner that was crashed by two reality-TV stars, Robert Gibbs instructed her to "calm down" and to "take a deep breath," adding "I do this with my son and that's what happens." Woah! Listen too for the collective groan by the press corps upon Gibbs disrespectful remarks.
