Preakness Stakes 2010: More than 25,000 Black Eyed Susans (drinks) was served on 15th May 2010. The alcoholic beverage is named for the race that is named for the blanket of flowers placed onto the winning horse. If you’d like to make your own Black Eyed Susans, serve them up with some barbecue or even just some burgers on the grill.
Ingredients:
1oz Vodka
1oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz Cointreau
6 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
Combine ingredients, stir, and pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple, orange slice, and cherry brochette.

Miss America 2010 Winner
Just a short news: Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron is the winner of Miss America 2010. She is 22-year-old from Fredericksburg, Va.
So she won a $50,000 scholarship and the crown in Las Vegas after a pageant that started with 53 contestants. She outlasted her opponents in swimsuit, evening gown, talent and interview competitions.
Caressa Cameron is broadcast journalism student at Virginia Commonwealth University, and wants to become an anchor.

Nick Folk missed a 24-yard field goal attempt with 2:16 to play.

"The Cowboys' patience with Nick Folk was already running thin but it may be warn out after he missed a 24-yard field goal attempt with 2:16 to play. "I'll look at that as early as tonight and tomorrow," owner and general manager Jerry Jones said.
Folk made a 44-yarder with four seconds left in the first half to give the Cowboys a 17-3 lead, but missed his third field goal try of less than 30 yards in his career when it mattered most.
"Just hit it right off my heel," Folk said, adding that it was difficult to watch the Saints' final drive, "but we ended up getting the win and if it came down to it later in the game I would've been ready for it.""

On Monday, December 14 will be the Heisman Trophy Presentation 2009. The winner of the 75th Annual Heisman Memorial Trophy will be presented his award at this event. Three previous Heisman winners will also be recognized: Billy Cannon (LSU, 1959) on the 50th Anniversary of his award, Doug Flutie (Boston College, 1984) on the 25th Anniversary of his award and Ron Dayne (Wisconsin, 1998) on his 10th Anniversary. The 2009 Heisman Finalists are Toby Gerhart of Stanford University, Mark Ingram of University of Alabama, Colt Mccoy of University of Texas, Ndamukong Suh of University of Nebraska and Tim Tebow of University of Florida.
