Bill Gates named to influential foreigner list in China

The Microsoft chief got into a list of non-Chinese making the greatest impact on China. There are yet Einstein, Darwin, Spielberg. But there are Marx, Lenin, Stalin, and former North Korean leader Kim Il Sung, World War II Japanese monarch Emperor Hirohito, and Okamura Yasuji, who commanded Japanese forces in China during the Second World War, one of the most hated figures in Chinese history. To which side belongs Bill Gates, whether? I think to Okamura's.:)
